You will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology strategy and ensuring the delivery of secure, efficient, and innovative solutions. Your leadership will be crucial in aligning our technology initiatives with Head Office in Australia and the company's overall goals and ensuring a seamless execution of our product roadmap.

As a star player you have 7+ years of Technology Leadership and Cybersecurity:

People Management

• Recruit and manage the onboarding of new engineering team members.

• Provide ongoing technical coaching and mentoring of team members.
  
  

Design & Develop

• Lead and support end-to-end delivery of product launches and building new system capabilities.

• Scope, design and develop solutions as per requirements and in alignment with the application architecture and security roadmap.

Operations + Cybersecurity

• Adopt cyber best practices and review and recommend improvements to the Information Security Policy.

• Maintain and monitor the performance measurements, statistics, incident management and system logs.

• Ensure after-hours support of nightly jobs and processes.

IT Risk and Compliance

• Ongoing maintenance of the IT Risk register, review of controls + self-assessment.

• Own + Lead IT audits, Compliance issues, breaches, audits, and remediation tasks.

Adherence to Standards + Frameworks

• Ensure engineering practices and standards are adhered to, reviewed, and improved continuously.

• Identification, Implementation and reporting of Metrics to improve the delivery and team productivity.
